Self-Awareness Half Day Workshop

Self-awareness starts with understanding who we are, what makes us tick and exploring what external influences and experiences shape our thoughts and behaviours.

This four hour workshop is a taster session to a course being launched in January 2021 and will help you explore self; examining, reflecting and embracing who you are with a focus on self development and personal growth. During this session we will explore self through a series of exercises with a focus on self-reflection and positive, long term change.

The are 10 spaces available for this online workshop, which will be delivered via Zoom.

Understanding & Exploring Your Anxiety

This course has been designed for those experiencing mild to moderate anxiety. It is an exploratory journey of self, guiding you to identify what influences your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. The programme will help you understand the anxiety cycle and how negative thoughts and emotions can make you feel emotionally vulnerable, cause anxiety and impact your daily life. The course purpose is to guide you to explore, understand and actively manage, possibly overcome, your anxious thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
